sad panda on level 45

As Corazie has shown us, there are over 1000 of us waiting on level 45 (though, many might not be active in the forum).
And I think it was Mianae (or Lida? or PB? I'm so sorry to have forgotten) who pointed out that many have been here for a long time (over 3 months).
And, yes, we have been whining a lot.

So I thought that a peaceful way of voicing how we feel it to include the "Sad Panda" into our siggys.
Giving credit to Ze who's post gave me the idea and Miana who edited it beautifully
